Luna (fka Snowball – Tiny black pitbul mix was once emaciated, and is now thriving, thanks to her foster home. Here is what her foster family had to say about lovely Luna:

Luna is a sweet little dog from a Philadelphia shelter. She is on a road to recovery from being emaciated. We have been fostering her for about a month, and she has been gaining weight fast. She loves to cuddle, lick and hug uncontrollably. All she wants is your undivided attention, so a home with a dog who doesn’t mind sharing you with another dog would do her well. She is good with our cat, she is just a little curious about him sometimes. Because she was starved at one point in her life, Luna can be a little protective of her food bowl, so her ideal home should be with kids who are 12 and up, who can understand to respect a dog when she is eating. Luna just wants to love you with all her heart and hopes you will love her too.

Luna is spayed, up to date on her shots and chipped, and is all ready for her forever home.
