“Hi, when I was rescued from the nycacc, my name was Sandy but my foster mom renamed me Willow because she says, ‘Willow is such an appropriate name for a pitbull girl who is as gentle as a nice summer breeze’.

I am a beautiful 2 year old, 60 lb. girl with Amber colored eyes and a soft coat. Everyone who meets me says I am very affectionate and sweet!

I am playful when you want me to be or if you just want to snuggle on the couch all day, I am perfectly content with that as well!

I am housebroken and I know many commands such as sit, down, stay, and give-me-paw.

You can trust me when I’m alone in the home because I am a perfectly-behaved lady that doesn’t need to be crated. And, I’ll even happily hop into the tub for a bath if you ask me to.

I enjoy the company of the resident male English Mastiff in my foster home and would do best with mid to large size dogs that are submissive in nature. I’ve never been around very small dogs or cats and so I’m told I’m overly interested in them in my current foster home.

I would love to share my affection with a family of my own…will that be yours? Please adopt me today!

Love, kisses and tail wags,
Sandy Willow
