UPDATE ON DEACON:

Big thank you kisses from Deacon to everyone who helped support his recovery from Parvo! “Everything’s going amazingly with Deacon. His health has really improved dramatically since we first got him and he remains really sweet and a fast learner.” Deacon just was neutered! And…his foster family has decided they want to adopt him! URGENT for DEACON:
This adorable 6 month old puppy was found starving on the city streets looking for food, & was brought to MACC (Manhattan Animal Care Center.) It was evident that something was wrong when he became lethargic & couldn't keep food down. He tested positive for Parvo, a life-threatening illness and it was clear he needed emergency treatment. AmsterDog stepped in and got him to VMCLI (Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island) where he is getting intense treatment, without which he could not survive. We need your help to cover Deacon's care estimated on the low end at $7126.00
